Pinocchio Ristorante was first opened at the beginning of 2005 by Alessandro and Roberto. The business was originally set up as a breakfast cafe', however the extensive expertise has helped towards the success of the business over the years. Both of the chefs had previously worked in renowned restaurants in Germany , Italy and London before arriving in Manchester to set up the business.
The two long term partners had started introducing light lunches and classic Southern and Northern Italian cuisine to regular clients who appreciated their cuisine instantly...
... A year later
Pinocchio was opened to the public for the first time , this time not for breakfast or lunch , but for dinner!!!
Pinocchio's reputation and name was quickly changed in Ashton Under Lyne and clients started to visit the Restaurant for the tasty and affordable food.
Since then Pinocchio's has not changed much, we have kept the same values and mostly almost the same prices over the years to allow everyone to enjoy a fantastic dinner with us.
